Store Policies


Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days.

For large/bulk and custom orders, please allow 2-4 weeks. (please reach out for details!)


At this time, we can only offer refunds on orders prior to shipping or if order was lost/not received, however we do offer exchanges. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange request, and let you know if the request was approved. In the case of a refund due to lost order or order cancellation, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include order number in return.
